Great communication skills. Knowledgeable and confident. 6 years experience in water-based paint.

Blending needs improvement but the application was okay. He has used Standox solvent and PPG water-based paint. He has been using water-based paint for the past 5 years now.

Masking could be better but overall good. He can confidently do solvent or water-based paint.

Honda trained in steps 1,2 & 3 and has friends in Perth that he worked with in Honda and that I personally have employed in the past. Great workers.

Would need additional training. Attitude is great and has the right approach.
