    1. Review Our SOPs

    Our standard operating procedures (SOPs) are based on best practices we’ve observed across shops nationwide.
    These are especially helpful for new clients.
    👉 SOPs and guides are available in your Slack Canvas once you’re added.

    2. Set Up Slack

    Slack is our communication platform; all communication, document storage, and support go through Slack. You will need Slack on BOTH mobile devices and desktop. This step is paramount. We cannot start without this.

    Here’s what to do:

    – Each of your team member as listed in the form above, will receive Slack invites from us. Do not set up a Slack account without the invite email.
    – Download Slack on desktop and mobile.
    – Send a message in Slack once you’re set up.

    2. Scope Sheet

    We use a standard scope sheet to help streamline the estimating process.

    4. Set Up Direct Debit via GoCardless

    Invoices are sent fortnightly in advance, and payments are debited automatically on the due date.
    👉 Complete your GoCardless setup (if applicable)
    Note: If your billing is handled through a central account or separate arrangement, you may disregard this step.

    5. GoogleMeet Introduction Call

    Once all of the onboarding steps have been completed, please book an Introduction Call to get everyone acquainted. If needed, we can also do live training for Slack or help you with any concerns with the app.
