Step 2: Download the Resources
Download this sheet and fill everything out. Some clients prefer to download this sheet to collect all the staff data, but you can just enter it into the calculator.

Step 3: Complete Your Calculator Setup
Before attending the live session, you must complete:
- Staff names, positions, and hourly rates
- Expenses section using your P&L
- Profit expectation (will be discussed further)
Important: If this is not completed, we will not be able to work through your real numbers during the session.

Before joining the session, make sure everything is ready so you can get full value:
- Log in to your Plan 4 Profit calculator
- Have your calculator open and ready to use (preferably a few days prior)
- Set up dual screens – calculator on one screen, video call on the other
- Test your camera and microphone (preferably a few days prior)
- Have a notebook, pen, and calculator ready
- Ensure your staff and expenses sections are fully completed
