Territory Manager

Bodyshop Recruit and Consulting provides virtual estimating and operational support to collision repair businesses. We help repairers improve estimating accuracy, reduce bottlenecks, and scale without the overhead of hiring full time in house estimators.
As we roll out our services into the United States and are looking for a US based Territory Manager to lead growth and client success across the market.
The role
As Territory Manager, you will own business development and relationship management for a defined US territory. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding collision repairers, managing the rollout of our virtual estimating service, and ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes.
You will act as the commercial link between US customers and our offshore estimating teams, supported by our leadership team and internal operations.
This is a remote role with local travel as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a territory growth plan and pipeline
- Prospect and engage collision repair shops, MSOs, and networks
- Run discovery calls, present solutions, and close new clients
- Lead onboarding, process mapping, and service rollout for new accounts
- Manage ongoing client relationships, performance, and retention
- Coordinate workflow expectations between clients and the estimating team
- Track KPIs including client adoption, volume, turnaround time, and quality outcomes
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors, and service improvements
- Support marketing and event activity where relevant (trade shows, partner meetings, webinars)
What we are looking for
- Strong understanding of the US collision repair industry
- Proven B2B sales and account management experience
- Confidence presenting to shop owners, GMs, and operational leaders
- Ability to translate operational pain points into clear service solutions
- Strong communication, follow up discipline, and CRM habits
- Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating remote teams
- Self starter with a builder mindset and high accountability
- Experience with estimating platforms (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
Strong background in collision repair operations (production, estimating, parts, DRP)
Nice to have
- Existing network across repairers, MSOs, or insurers
- Experience selling operational services or subscription models

Bodyshop Recruit and Consulting supports collision repairers with fast, accurate, consistent estimating. Our remote estimators work with busy repair shops to help improve cycle time, capture missed operations, and keep repair plans on track.
The role
We are recruiting experienced Estimators to join our remote estimating team. You will produce high quality estimates and supplements, supported by proven processes, training, and a collaborative team environment.
You will be assigned to one or more repair shops and work as an extension of their front office. This is a remote role using the client’s estimating platform and photo documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Write complete and compliant estimates and supplements from photos and supporting information
- Identify missing operations and ensure repair methods are captured correctly
- Communicate clearly with the repair shop on required information and repair plan changes
- Follow insurer and client guidelines while maintaining best practice repair methodology
- Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and file hygiene
- Meet turnaround times and quality benchmarks
- Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development
What we are looking for
- Proven collision repair estimating experience
- Min 5 years estimating or assessing experience with an automotive trade back ground
- Strong knowledge of repair methods, parts, labour operations, and vehicle construction
- Confident using estimating platforms (Ibodyshop, Audatex, CCC, Mitchell or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong written communication
- Reliable internet, suitable home office setup, and ability to work to deadlines
- A team first mindset, coachable, and committed to quality
Nice to have
- Experience writing for multiple insurers or across different regions
- Previous remote estimating experience
- I Car training or equivalent industry training
- Exposure to DRP or MSO environments
